Rooted in Global Healthcare Contributions
Over a decade ago, Dr. Suzuki, as a board member of the NPO Japan Cambodia Interactive Association (JCIA), collaborated with Professor Takashi Ohyama (then President of Tokyo Medical and Dental University) and the Sasakawa Peace Foundation to donate 50 refurbished dental units to hospitals in Cambodia, addressing a critical gap in dental care. This initiative later expanded to Myanmar, fostering medical-dental collaboration between Japan and local healthcare providers. These early efforts laid the groundwork for the Kitsutsuki Project, a long-term commitment to improving global dental care.
DXDMED’s Kitsutsuki Contra Donation Program
At DXDMED, we believe in more than just innovation—we strive to make a real impact in the world. As part of our mission, “Make a Dent in the World,” we are launching the Kitsutsuki Contra Donation Program to improve global healthcare access through advanced medical devices and solutions.
For every 100 Kitsutsuki contra handpieces sold by DXDMED, we will donate one to dental school and medical institution etc. in a country or region in need, ensuring that cutting-edge dental care reaches underserved medical providers and patients.
This initiative aligns with Japan’s 8020 Campaign, which promotes healthier and longer lives through natural dentition, and reflects our commitment to enhancing treatment quality and advancing healthcare equity worldwide. Through global partnerships, DXDMED continues to bridge gaps in dental care, creating a better healthcare future for all.
