Mr. Imaseki is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Representative Director of DXDMed, leading the global expansion of Japanese medical devices. He is also the Co-Founder of NovoTec Group, a Singapore-headquartered healthcare technology firm, and the CEO & Founder of Quest Group, an advisory firm in Singapore and Tokyo.
With 20+ years of M&A advisory and 100+ deal experiences, he specializes in strategic business growth and international expansion. He was previously Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Japan’s Investment Banking M&A Advisory Group and worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu in Tokyo and New York, focusing on corporate finance (M&A) and audit.
A Fulbright Scholar, he earned an MBA with Graduation Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics from Meiji University. He is a Japanese CPA and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser (LREA). He also holds a PADI Dive Master certification.
Dr. Kazuyoshi Suzuki – CTO, DXDMed
Dr. Suzuki is a dentist, inventor, and President & Founder of Neustadt Japan, with 30 years of experience in dental technology and medical device innovation. He developed and commercialized the Kitsutsuki contra, now used in 1,700+ dental clinics across Japan, showcasing his ability and track record to bring pioneering ideas to clinical practice.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Representative Director of DXDMed, he leads the development of cutting-edge dental solutions, integrating engineering with medical expertise to enhance patient care and optimize clinical efficiency. Before dentistry, he worked at Mitsui Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), gaining experience in the financial industry.
Dr. Suzuki holds a Doctorate in Dentistry from Tokyo Medical and Dental University (now Institute of Science Tokyo) and a Bachelor’s in Law from Kyoto University, both earned as a scholarship student. He also holds a CMAS Course Director certification.
